Before you write

Where do I find my audit ID?+
It's in the URL of the results page — the long alphanumeric string after /audit/. If you received the PDF report by email, the audit ID is at the top of the first page.
How do I request my data be deleted?+
Choose 'Data access or deletion request' in the topic dropdown, include the audit ID(s) you want removed, and we'll process the deletion within seven days. Originals are auto-purged after 30 days regardless.
I think a flag on my report is wrong — what should I do?+
Choose 'Help understanding a bill audit', include the audit ID, the rule that fired (e.g. NPPA_CEILING_BREACH), and the relevant line from your bill. The whole rule logic is deterministic and we can walk through exactly why it fired.
Do you offer phone support?+
Not currently — we're a small team. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and lets us include the right citations in the reply.
